Il s&#8217;agit de d\u00e9velopper nos ressources internes afin de porter une attention bienveillante sur ce que nous vivons moment apr\u00e8s moment. Apprendre \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ce qui se passe dans notre corps et notre esprit, jour apr\u00e8s jour, sans jugement, sans filtre et sans attente. Nous sommes souvent absorb\u00e9s par le cours de nos pens\u00e9es, \u00e9motions, pr\u00e9occupations, responsabilit\u00e9s voulant \u00e0 tout prix que les choses soient diff\u00e9rentes de ce qu\u2019elles sont \u00e0 l\u2019instant donn\u00e9. C\u2019est plus particuli\u00e8rement le cas lorsque nous sommes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la douleur, \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s personnelles ou professionnelles, ou \u00e0 la maladie.
